Our annual AFRICAN AMERICAN SHORTSFEST continues the mission to share the outstanding work of filmmakers exploring new themes and crafting breakthrough storytelling that will expand the future of American Cinema.  Each year, we honor an exclusive selection of African American filmmakers and animators who are redefining Black Cinema, and independent filmmaking.
